Privacy notice

Privacy in plain language.

This notice describes the information Mercury Automation collects through its website, business outreach, checkout, and managed services.

Information collected

How information is used

Sharing and processors

Mercury does not sell customer or prospect data. Information can be processed by service providers used for hosting, database and workflow execution, email, outreach delivery, analytics, and payments, including providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace, Instantly, and Stripe. Information can also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and systems.

Outreach choices

Every commercial outreach recipient can reply “no,” “unsubscribe,” or otherwise request that outreach stop. Mercury records suppression and opt-out status to prevent future sends. Requests can also be sent to marco@mercuryautomation.co.

Retention, access, and deletion

Information is retained for operational, evidence, support, payment, suppression, security, and legal needs. A person can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the company inbox. Mercury will evaluate the request against identity verification, system dependencies, suppression requirements, active contracts, and legal obligations.

Service-specific scope

A managed-service customer receives a written data boundary before implementation. Protected health information, payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords sent by email, and other regulated or highly sensitive data are excluded unless a separate written and supported arrangement is established.
